Hello everyone, I would like to understand more specifically the workaround suggested in CSCwb69128 which says: "Disable the padding option on the client device". Would this mean disabling the PMK cache if the endpoint is Windows?

This doesn't specifically say that you disable PMK caching on the OSes (not even Windows is been mentioned here under Conditions or Workaround).
The best workaround here would be to disable 802.11r and see how it looks like with dot11k and dot11v.
