CSR generation in Catalyst 9800 17.13.1

Hi all;

Consider the following scenario:

After clicking on the Generate button, nothing is displayed on the right of the form (the content of the CSR). I have tested this situation with the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome...

Any ideas?

I've always used CLI in the past to generate CSR certs. I find Web UI is inconsistent and non-responsive at times. 

In addition to Cisco document mentioned in "Balaji's" reply, I used following resources while working on Certificates.
