Customize dashboards for a group of users in Prime 3.1

Is there a way to customize dashboards for a group of users in Prime Infrastructure 3.1. Now every user have to customize their own dashboard, which for most users is difficult. We want include only information that is relevant and remove dashlets that is no use for us, thus making our own default dashboard for our users. Is this somehow possibile?

Did you get the global dashboard for multiple users working? Can it be done in Prime 3.3?
