CUWN vs HP Products

Hi all,

Does any partner or Cisco have an current competitive intelligence regarding the HP Access points, Movility Controllers and the management platform?

They claim to be "Better and cheaper products" and "Full Compliant PCI DSS". Which arguments could be used to beat these competitor claims?

Hi Rolando,

Here are a few points you can use:

• HP does not offer Application Visibility
• New, unproven spectrum intelligence and RRM algorithm (Claimed for the new MSM 6.0 software)

o   Cisco has a mature offering.  Cisco CleanAir and RRM are fundamental technologies

• Poor RF performance
• Poor MSM460 Multi-Client & Single Client Downlink Performance (especially on 5 GHz)

o   Specifically >50’ and non-line of sight locations.
