Good Afternoon,
I was looking at a client detail on some of our Flex Connect AP's and in some instances I see a high number of Data Retries. Any indicitation as to what is causing this? Is it of any concern?

Retries are normal in wifi. Lot of things can cause data retries like interference, multipath, crappy clients. Best to keep retries at or under 6% of TX frames.
When a station sends a data frame how it knows the destination received it, the receiving station sends an ACK. When it doesnt get an ACK back it sends it again.
Make sense?

You can also configure the Data retries from radio setting , here it is :
The maximum data retries setting determines the number of attempts the access point/bridge makes to send a packet before giving up and dropping the packet.
The default setting is 32. Beginning in privileged EXEC mode, follow these steps to configure the maximum data retries:
Use the no form of the command to reset the setting to defaults.
