Devices can connect to wireless but getting limited access

Hi,

I have setup a 2500 WLC with 1702 lightweight AP. I have tested ping from the WLC and it can ping to the internet.

Phone clients can connect to the device, but getting sporadic internet connection.

Laptop clients can connect as well, but limited access and zero internet connection.

They seem to be getting DHCP fine from the WLC itself.

FYI there is an existing wireless network on the same subnet as my setup (not many users, less than 50), I'm just testing my current cisco setup out before I migrate over fully.

Any idea as to what might be causing this issue? IP conflict?

What software version you run on your 2504 ? Probably go to 8.0.120.0 code if you are with 8.0.x path

Hi, issue resolved, it was a DHCP issue.

Had to disable DHCP proxy under settings.
