Did 802.11n support MAC filtering either in WPA2 or WEP using Controller?
I try on it buy only got 54M on it.

.11n doesn't support WEP and only supports WPA2 when using AES encrption. This is how you attain the higher MCS data rates. Mac filtering shouldnt be a problem. I use it in my lab and have no issues and we get a constant 120M.

Normally, it is ok to get the N rate if I using WPA2 AES and PSK. (in WLC )
But when I add the MAC filtering, no client can be associte to the SSID.
Any suggestion on this combination?

There should not be any problem by adding mac filter regarding 11n.
MAC filter is checked even before the 802.1x state . Please make sure who have correct entry in MAC table.
Can you mention which code you are running on your WLC ?
