What is difference between 1852I internal antenna and 1852E external antenna?where do we use internal and external antenna

Hi there,

The internal antenna is a 'basic' omni directional antenna. The 1852E requires you to choose the type of antenna.

General speaking go for the internal antenna for office environments and anywhere with children or students. Go for the external antenna model if you have specific coverage needs:
