Disable link monitoring for WLC in Prime 3.0

I have Prime 3.0 running for one of my clients.  On their WLC's, they only have two interfaces connected.  This in turn, makes Prime through alarms that the other 6 interfaces are down.  They already know these interfaces are down, but I would like to have Prime not monitor them and create unnecessary alarms.  Is there a way to disable Prime from monitoring these interfaces?  Or, are they just stuck with 12 false positive alarms?

TIA,

Dan

The basic thing is to admin-disable the unused-interfaces on the WLC.
