Disabling 2.4Ghz on a SSID

Hello
I have a controller CISCO 5520 and AP 1832i

I want to disable the 2.4Ghz for a professional SSID (automatic handling trolley)
I saw that for an SSID we could choose 802.11a

but by doing that I can not connect ...

If I put on all, I can connect.

Another question, putting 802.11a only
has all the features of the 802.11n and 802.11ac protocols

What do you mean by that ? once you do this, you cannot see SSID ? or you can see, but client does not connect ?

Yes, above will include 802.11n & 11ac support in 5GHz band

Change this SSID to open authentication.  Can the trolley connect or not?
