DNAC Rogue on Wire

I am testing out DNA Center's rogue on wire capabilities.  I am able to detect a test rogue AP that connected to a lab switch.  The lab switch is in DNAC.  It shows as a Potential Threat and Interferer.  However, it doesn't classify as on wire even though its plugged into a DNAC managed 9800 switch.  DNAC version is 2.3.3.5-70134, Switch version is 16.12.2r, and the rogue is a Linksys residential wifi router.  Any assistance on why this isn't working would be great.  Thanks!
