Do Cisco LWAPPs joined to a Cisco 2504 in local mode run STP on a trunk link back to the switch?

Just wondering what I should configure on my switch. If the LWAPP does not run STP, maybe I should enable "spanning-tree portfast trunk" and "spanning-tree portfast bpduguard"?

You can enable portfast. Take a look at various docs as it shows the basic configuration required.
