Does Aironet1702i support spectrum expert

I'm thinking about buying a aironet1702i to be used as a spectrum scanner. Does it support connection to cisco spectrum expert ? Or do I have to buy 3xxx series to do that ?

You need a CleanAir access point in the 2k or 3k series. The 1k only supports CleanAir express and will not work.
