I have today just bought a Cisco Aironet 1850, which are going to be run with Mobility Express..
But the AP does not include this software, and all manuals says to just download it from Cisco - but this I cannot, as I dont have Service Contract.
The AP is running 8.2.141 - And (in my oppinion) Cisco should include the TAR file - so it is possible to change the AP to Mobility Express..
What am I to do - Don't see it as an option to buy service contract and so, just to download this one TAR file

Hi,
We have the AP1852 in the office running a Mobility Express version affected by an identified bug CSCva86328. I don't know who purchased the equipment to get a fixed version from the supplier. Is there anyway the get the software update without service contract?
