Over the summer 12 of our 1252 Aironet AP's stopped working and all Ethernet/Radio/Status LEDs are RED. This appears to be a boot loader error due to dram memory test failure. There is nothing when I console it, and have tried radios from other ap's. Also tried no radios. Everything I have read comes to the same conclusion that they are dead.
Anyone have any ideas that might revive them or may have caused 12 out of 32 to die after 3 years of wonderful service?
Thank you for your help

Well the AP is dead. There is already a discussion on this question on the link given below

There's a hardware design fault on the AP1250. If you have a valid Service Contract, Cisco will replace them with 1260.
I've got tons of dead 1250 that stopped working in the last 12 months.
