Dropping Wireless connection WLC2504- AP3702

Hi Folks,

There is a client Macbook Pro 15 inch 2019 drops wifi connection frequently for 5sec, 10sec, and so on but not more than 20 sec. I found the below details on WLC 2504 (Software Version 8.3.143.0) corresponding to the client. It seems to be a good SS and SQ but not able to figure out why it is dropping the connection. Please help to resolve the issue.

Performance
Signal Strength: -56 dBm Signal Quality: 39 dB Connection Speed: 120 Mbps Channel Width: 40 MHz
Capabilities
802.11ac (5GHz) Spatial Stream: 1

_ if the problem is only seen with a particular vendor/device model and or type ; then the issue  most of the time relates to the former such as outdated or buggy drivers. That being said you may want to delve into the Wireless Debug Analyzer  which you can find below :

I really don’t know if you should or really want to use 120mhz channel width. Do you have devices that support that and is the air quality pretty good? In most cases, 40mhz should be the widest you should use as it give you still available overlapping channels. Enough of that, also test with different test ssids for example. It might be setting g that you have and the device doesn’t like it. Or else, like what was mentioned already, a bad driver on the device.
