Hi
I'm setting up EAP-TLS wireless authentication using Windows Enterprise Server 2003 as the RADIUS (IAS) and Certificate Authority. I've got a computer certificate on the IAS server and a user cert on my wireless client notebook (Windows XP) and when I pop in my wireless card on the notebook, it says "Authentication Succeeded", yet I cannont communicate and I do not get an IP from the DHCP server...even if I statically set my IP I still cannot communicate. ANy ideas? Maybe something with the WEP. THanks

Which is the supplicant you are using? I think this has something to do with the supplicant.

Hi
I've got this problem fixed. My supplicant was WindowsXP, but that was not the issue. The issue was two fold, one had to do with automatic channel selection not working properly, once I locked the channel on the supplicant, communication came up. But there was also a problem with using 128bit WEP and the Orinoco Silver wireless card, once 64bit was selected, the orinoco card worked perfectly. Also, a Cisco350 client card works fine with the Proxim AP on both 64 and 128bit Dynamic WEP. Thanks for you help.
