Why my client re-authenticates EVERY exactly 30 sec?

I'm using Linksys clients with EAP-TLS, Cisco 1230 as AP and Microsoft IAS 2003 for Radius.

Check your radius server and see what your EAP session timeout is set for. In my setup with PEAP I have the session timeout set for 120secs. So every 120secs my clients reauthenticate. This timeout parameter is configurable for my Cisco Secure ACS. So you may want to check that out.
