EAP-TLS Wireless Endpoint Cert question

I'm deploying an SSID that uses EAP-TLS to authenticate wireless endpoints. I'm using ISE, and WLC. I generated a CSR in ISE, and had it signed by external 3rd party CA. I've imported the certs and binded the intermediate to root. Can I use the cert we had signed for client authentication?  I've attached screenshots.
