Ekahua RFID and Cisco Wireless

Hi

Looking to see if anyone is using Ekahua products with Cisco Wireless.  According to Ekahua we are having a problem with CTX mode and one of the buttons doesn't work on the tag, they blame Cisco.

We're looking to see if anyone else is using Ekahua for RFID

Hey Craig,

We have been using Ekahua for the past 1.5 year, mostly for pre survey simulations and post survey analysys. I have not seen any issues with CTX mode however we have had various other anomolies with Ekahua in general.

I personally find Ekahua support exteremly lame and useless. I have been trying to get an update for our corportae version 2.1 for a while but Ekahua claimes there is none - However after listing to our issues they claim we can have them resolved in the next full version upgrade which will cost us over $3000.00.

Talk about "real customer service"
