That means you need to go to wireless->802.11b network and disable the "network" checkbox. It disables all 11b/g radios.
Then you can enable admission control.
Same with 11a if you're using it.
Admissions control is to be used with QoS and basically allows the phone to request reserved bandwitdh to place a call. if the AP is overloaded, it will refuse the phone the bandwitdh and the phone will display "network busy". It allows to make sure we can deliver good quality on existing calls rather than accepting 30 calls on an AP and then the quality is totally bad.
