Enterprise Wireless Authentication

What is the best (EAP) Enterprise Wireless authentication method that is appropriate for an large Enterprise having more than 500 wireless users? I have read through the EAP method and all of them seem to have some security or deployment disadvantage. Thanks.

PEAP is the most common method.

EAP-TLS is the most secure, but it involve lot of administration as you have to manage certs on each client devices.
