in a 1242 LWAPP, what does
"Environment variable (ENVAR) failure" indicate?

I just ran across this also on an old 1242 in a warehouse. Maybe someone will answer this 9 year old question...

The BOOT environment variable needs to be set to a bootable image, which is failed. So download a new image from cisco.com and upload in access point.
