error after resetting the Cisco Aeronet 2700 access points series

Initially I tried to do a hard reset but it didn't work because there were still errors and the access point wasn't working properly

 

then I tried to connect the access point with the internet but the lights are green and red,
does this indicate that the access point was not successful in hard reset / restore to factory settings

2nd picture shows the AP not getting an IP address. 

What, exactly, are you trying to accomplish?  
Is the AP meant to be running autonomous IOS or controller-based IOS?

The 2nd picture shows the AP booting up with a controller-based IOS.  

Do you have a copy of the autonomous IOS?

I don't have the copy you are referring to, so what should I do?

You first need to get a copy of any version of autonomous IOS.  

Without it, you cannot configure the AP.
