I encountered this log error and was unable to log into EWC via WebUI even though the password was correct.

For the log messages you're seeing, you could hit the bug, even though the bug refers to a different platform, so ensure to use a recommended SW version:

AS for not being able to access the GUI, check this guide's section "GUI is not Accessible":
