Normally you can configure your device to FCC rules, too. Just select your country in the correct menu (read the manual for finding the menu, if the GUI is not look and feel). Even if some countries i. e. France belongs to ETSI, there are not so many channels allowed as in the ETSI documents listed. I think, with FCC it is similar. Just select FCC would not be enough, so mostly you have to configure your country.
Sometimes the country menu is named "regularity domain" or similar.
