Hi,
I am trying to resolve a condition where a wireless pc ( lxe vx5 industrial type machines - windows xp with sp2) connection to a foxpro application drops off at random intervals. Current wireless network card in the lxe vx5 industrial type machines are the Cisco Aironet 350 series adapters model air-lmc350 Driver version - 7.29.00 Firmware - 5.02.19
These two event id's i need to resolve.
1. microsoft event id 4201 logged in the system portion of the event viewer.
Details
The system detected that network adapter \DEVICE\TCPIP_{3D669273-D938-40E2-B943-2D6E6E1BFEEA} was connected to the network, and has initiated normal operation over the network adapter.
2. microsoft event id 4202 logged in the system portion of the event viewer. This particular error coincides with the connection drop off to the foxpro application.
Details.
The system detected that network adapter \DEVICE\TCPIP_{3D669273-D938-40E2-B943-2D6E6E1BFEEA} was disconnected from the network, and the adapter's network configuration has been released.
If the network adapter was not disconnected, this may indicate that it has malfunctioned. Please contact your vendor for updated drivers.
At any given time, the signal strength and the quality are well within acceptable specifications.
Aany assistance here would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Kind Regards

Try to update the drivers to 8.01 drivers, 5.01 ACU, and 4.25.23 firmware. Then under the RF Network tab try lowering the transmit power down to 50 mW or 30 mW.
