I recently upgraded my EWC on C9115 from release 17.9.5 to 17.12.3.
As a result, the web management interface is extremely slow, and the lobbyadmin web page is also experiencing significant delays.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Downgrade?
Some upgrades add nothing to the device and can cause trouble due the Bugs. On this case, it would be better keep the previous version.

- Check logs on the EWC when using the Web interface
- Have an overall checkup of the EWC controller's configuration with the CLI command
show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
do not use a simple show tech as input for this procedure.
use the full command as denoted in green , do not use a simple show tech as input for this procedure
+ Consider erasing the configuration and or factory reset and configure the EWC AP again as needed
+ Cisco is phasing out EWC based solutions , perhaps 17.12.x is not optimal designed for EWC
