Fiber Connection Failing

Hi All,

I'm working on a group of IE2000s connected by multimode fiber. I have 10 instant's and configured the same way and 9/10 are functioning properly, but that one won't communicate on either fiber port. I've checked the transceiver detail of both Gig SFP ports and confirmed that we are receiving light from both ends; however, there is no communication between the end. 

I'm not sure if I've explained this well enough, so let me know what more details I can include and thanks ahead of time for any help.

If you see the Light coming then try to twist fibre patch and test it.

Thanks for the quick response. We had already tried reversing the polarity to no avail. Do you have any other ideas?

Try Fibre patch loop see is the loop working ?

is this direct single cable , how far ? any other patch pannel involved in between.

Try no negotiation option.

still not working can you post from both the sides.
