Force 1 device to re-authenticate and accept use policy

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to test our newly renewed guest portal SSL cert. I'm wondering how to delete my mobile device's MAC from the ISE database and "start from scratch" so to speak.

Thanks in advance.

If you go to Context Visibiity -> End points , you can remove those MAC addresses, then you can start the process like a new client

Thanks Rasika - I followed your steps and chose to "forget" the network from my device and re-connected to our guest network and no captive portal appeared - it simply allowed me to browse as per normal.

Do you use the ISE captive portal or another solution? If another one, don't forget to also delete the client there.

Also disable the wifi for 30 seconds on the client after you have deleted it, so it makes a complete new handshake. You might even need to delete it directly on the WLC in some cases.
