Hi everyone,
1. How can I force dual-5ghz radios on a cluster of 3802I in Mobility Express? I know it is possible to set the XOR radio to be 5GHz for each AP. Is there a more efficient way to set for the entire AP group?
2. Is it possible to disable the marco/micro-cell patterns and, instead, set both 5ghz radios to be "marco-cell" (at high Tx power)?
Many thanks!

1. Not that I know of but you could easily script it on CLI
2. No. Only supported with external antenna on 3800e models:
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/8-10/config-guide/b_cg810/radio_resource_management.html#info_fra
When using FRA with the internal antenna (i series models), two 5–GHz radios may be used in a Micro/Macro cell mode. When using FRA with external antenna (e and p models) the antennas may be placed to enable the creation of two separate macro (wide area cells) or two micro cells (small cells) for HDX or any combination.
Note |
For i model APs the XOR radio when operating in 5 GHz can be set only to the lowest power level. |
