gprs problem connection

I have a problem with a gprs connection.I have remotes router call out for gprs to central router.

These call are good but the tcp sessions are stablished are misfire. My central router is connected to them by tunnels.

My dialer in remote router configuration

Did you check all the access control lists properly - whether they are allowing only the intended networks etc. Most of the times, these kind of problems are related to improper ACLs
