guest authentication issue.

Hello Team,

facing guest user authentication issuewlc model:9800-l

ios:17.9.4a

AP-Mode-Flex connect

Guest authentication: 802.1x/wpa+wpa2

Issues is not with all the users and issue with few users.

when user trying to connect initially  the authentication takes the machine certificate instead of username and authentication is getting failed.

please confirm how to stop the laptop sending machine certificate for authentication.

Whether any policy needs to changed on ise.

 - It's not a matter of the laptop sending machine certificate ; you will probably  have to look at the authentication methods  and policies configured in ISE ,
