Guest reauth. again and again

Hello Experts,

I configured CWA (WLC / ISE) and its working but...Guest users are complaining about re-authentication again ad again after few minutes.

can anyone help about it ?

Hi,

check these:

1. Did you disable session timeout(by default 1800) on WLAN or did you increased it (8x60x60seconds)!!!

2. How did you configured your authZ policies ?

  - Here you can send idle timeout and sessiontimeout with RADIUS Attributes!!!

Yes I disabled the session timeout still facing the same issue..

ok. Then you push Idle Timeout/session-timeout radius attribute from AutZ profile and try again.
