guest ssid ip learn problem

when i tried to connect on temporary ssid, it pick temp vlan pool but then i try to hit on guest ssid then it assign guest ip pool and no redirection to guest portal but wlc 9800 show ip pool temp ssid then i delete the client & then it will pick guest ssid and redirection done whats the issue when i do manually delete the client it works.

This sounds like the client session is not being cleared properly when switching SSIDs. Since deleting the client manually immediately fixes the issue, I’d check the WLC 9800 client session/state, VLAN assignment, and authentication/redirect policies. Comparing the client details before and after deleting the session may help identify what is being cached.
