Guest users cannot connect to visitor wireless network

Hi there,

A couple of WLCs have been installed in one plant I am supporting and now guest users cannot connect to the hidden wireless network "visitor".

I found the users were not applied with these new WLCs. I applied them but still the problem persist. Man is charge to create the guest users said he recreated the users but still the same. What should I check in WLCs "show" command?

I am assuming you create the guest accounts locally on the WLC's. If it so, check how the authentication for the visitor SSID is configured using the local WLC DB. In addition to that, are you using the cisco login page for authentication, a customized page on the WLC or an external login server?.

You already installed new WLC so looks like something on the configuration is missed.

We would need more details about your WLC configuration.
