Where do you recommend to create the Guest users , we have WLC 4404,how to assign the password for users

I you don't have an WCS I would say in the WLC, that's what I prefer.

Is it what you mean?

Keep in mind if you have more than 1 controller, when you create a guest account you will need to add it to each controller. OR you can use WCS to push it to all your controllers. This is the big benifit to using WCS. On either, you can create a lobby admin account.
