A business partner has several employees at my facility with their own company laptops.
Occasionally, but often enough, some of these employees lose the vpn connection back to their company.
Not all of them at the same time. Some stay connected.
The employees who do lose their connection are unable to vpn back into their company even after they reboot their machines.
The BP IT team say they have checked their vpn client and vpn termination device and see no issues.
They also state they are not having any issue with vpn access from their other employees

Just 30 minutes for a DHCP lease? That is very low. Can you not bump it to something more reasonable like 86400s ?
