HA SSO and web-auth

Hello everyone!

We recently bought a new WLC (5508) to be in HA with our current WLC.

We added the WLC to the HA and everything seemed to work fine.

We did a failover and our web-portal (captive) didn't worked.

Looking at the new WLC it's looks like the HA didn't received the web-auth files (we got custom web portal).

Does someone knows how to sync it?

Hi,

Actually it didn't helped.

You need to upload the web-auth files before the HA setup, the HA doesn't sync the files.

If you forgot issue a switchover and then upload the files into the WLC.

I think it depends on the code version. The later code has a peer upload feature and I think I did see the WebAuth upload there. The certificate if using one, you have to upload to each.

Hi Scott,

The peer upload is to upload a file from the WLC, not download to the WLC (tricky naming).

We arwe using version 8.0.120.
