hash on encryption key

i have 20 ap's should the hashes match for each vlan on every access point.

It would depend on the type of encryption and authentication being used. If you are using a static WEP key then yes you would want to have the same encryption key associated to the same SSID on every AP. If you are using TKIP or AES or any type of EAP authentication then you would just specify the type of encryption since the keys are dynamically created.
