Any way to convert AIR-AP1852I-K-K9 to C9120AXE in EWC mode.

- You are talking about different AP models , by definition impossible ,

I mean convert to AIR-AP1852I-K-K9 configuration command of AirEOS to Catalyst 9800 EWC. As this model AP1852I is EOL and EOS.

- Ok , but than you need an AP model that supports EWC , the AIR-AP1852I-K-K9 can not run EWC software ,

- The AP1852i is unrelated to converting an EWC-capable access point to EWC , please read :

Have a look at the AP models that can use EWC .

Get "show run-config startup-commands" from your 1852, upload to the tool, and select "AireOS-->Catalyst 9800" then Run.
Note that not all configs and commands are supported, some AireOS simply has no direct equivalent in IOS-XE and some commands simply have not been implemented in the tool. This is explained in the output. Therefore you should only use this as a guide to how your EWC config should look. It's best to build your new config from scratch because there are many changes in how things are done so it's a good chance to get familiar with the 9800 config. Build and test your new EWC to make sure everything is working before you deploy then migrate to the new EWC after it's ready and working.
Remember any subordinate APs will need to have their software upgraded too - either manually or by providing a TFTP server for them to download from.

- I misunderstood your initial question (apologies) but adding to @Rich R suggestion (using https://cway.cisco.com/wlc-config-converter/ ) : when the EWC based AP is ready or near ready for production then evaluate it's configuration first with
the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output from that into Wireless Config Analyzer
(use the full command as mentioned : do not use a simple show tech as input for this procedure)
When this procedure is used (consider that mandatory) , then in the resulting excell all error red
flagged in the wlc-checkresults tab must always be corrected!
