Hi dear I have this problem

I unpluged the cisco AP port and again I pluged it but The AP can not join the WLC

Hi @Sadiq Qasemi.
Note your post is locked so we can’t reply directly.  Community managers are investigating and that’s why this reply is posted by them.

Your post doesn’t have enough information to really assist you.  At an absolute minimum we need to see the following:

  • WLC model
  • WLC software version
  • AP model
  • Complete console log from the AP from power on
