Hi Leo,
This is what it says:
(Cisco Controller) >show ap join stats detailed AP70B3.1706.B9F8
Incorrect input! Use 'show ap join stats detailed <ap-mac>'
(Cisco Controller) >

shrijan

Ok, so change it to:
sh ap join stats detail 70B3.1706.B9F8
01-13-2021 03:46 AM
Hi Leo,
No Luck.. same result:
(Cisco Controller) >show ap join stats detailed 70B3.1706.B9F8
No join information found for AP: 70:b3:17:06:b9:f8
(Cisco Controller) >
But few new things i saw during the reboot.
after i changed the hostname, AP rebooted.
for the rebooted logs i have attached the file here.
may be there is something.. (bcoz this time i saw i alot of new errors infos)
thanks
regards
shrijan

You have been troubleshooting this for almost a month. Why don't you just RMA the unit? Your best bet is to take down the ap and connect it locally where the controller is and test, if it doesn't join, you are better off just to RMA the device. You will probably get it running in less than a week including the time to receive the replacement unit.

Hi Scott,
Thank you for the info..
The device is already on my table.
Does it make any difference trying to join the AP via the switches and directly to the controller?
Thanks.

shrijan

Hi Scott,
Honestly i would like reload the image.
Can you please assist how to copy image from the existing Ap and upload to this unjoined ap?
Thanks.

shrijan
