How i can get AP led status from cisco wlc

Dears,

Need your support to know how i can get AP led status from WLC.

As we know there are more than led status "cycling red-amber -green & Blinking green & blinking red &green &...." how we can see this from WLC.

LED status can be found in the access point release notes/quick guide. You will not get the Information from the WLC, since the AP needs to be joined to the WLC. Here is a link for the 3600's:

The problem here the AP joined to WLC and led status blinking green and no client able to connect to it and when try to connect to SSID get this error "Authentication failed occurred".

WLC have version 7.4.121.0

Maybe someone enabled the LED to flash. 

config ap led-state flash  disable

You should console into the ap and reboot it and see if you see any errors. Cannot be a bad ap... Sure, but the console will show something.
