How it works the Network Diagnostics between WLC 5508 with version 8.0.115.0 and OEAP (AIR-OEAP602I-E-K9)

Hi,
we using a WLC 5508 with software version 8.0.115.0 for our external clients with OEAP (AIR-OEAP602I-E-K9). With software version 8.0.115.0 we can use the feature "Network Diagnostics", but on some OEAP it works and on other it dos not work. Can anyone explain how the function works, or why it work at some sites and other sites not working?

My experience is that the 5508 sends a req to the 602 to execute its local network diagnostic routine..

such request do not reach AT&T network connected devices, but have no issues with Comcast or Verizon connected devices.

I won't guess further..
