How to adjust and manage bandwidth / speed of SSIDS.- WLC 9800

Dear team,

For the below configuration i need support, what will impact on the running network, and once I complete the configuration how i will test please advise.

policy-map rate-limit

class class-default

police rate 20m bps  // The rate desired per client.

exit

set dscp default

police 20m // The rate desired per client.

wireless profile policy <the name of the policy profile where we need to apply this.>

1.  Go to Configuration > Tags & Profiles > Policy. 

2.  Either create a new policy or, if already create it, pick the policy in question.  

3.  Go to the QOS and AVC tab. 

4.  Use the QoS SSID Policy to set an SSID-wide rate limit (meaning, everyone shares one bandwidth).

5.  Use QoS Client Policy to set a rate limit per wireless user. 

is there any documentation avilable please share with me to review, and after implement how we will test the policy assigned or not.
