How to allow client from one subnet to connect chromcast located in different subnet.

If the users need to contact each other, if path is only FW, you need to allow those subnet source and destination subnet to contacting each other.

 

but in your network diagram i also see switch connected to Wireless controller port 2, so that means you have connectivity ( or is this only for Management) ?

just consider WLC port 1 connected to LAN & port 2 connected to guest network (i.e different subnet)
routing is done through only firewall.
if rule/policy needs tobe applied at firewall what will be port or service needs tobe selected.?
