Hi Everyone,
Is there any command CLI that can tell me if users are getting IP from WLC or not?

Try using ‘show dhcp summary’

Hi Mahesh,
Yes, this mean you have not configured your WLC to act as a DHCP server with pre-defined pools.
If clients getting IP address they should get it from an external dhcp server.
If you check the interface configuration you should see a DHCP server IP address configured. In CLI if you type "show interface detailed
Here is an example of such CLI output
(4402-3) >show interface detailed vlan130
Interface Name................................... vlan130
MAC Address...................................... 00:0b:85:43:d8:67
IP Address....................................... 192.168.130.33
IP Netmask....................................... 255.255.255.0
IP Gateway....................................... 192.168.130.1
External NAT IP State............................ Disabled
External NAT IP Address.......................... 0.0.0.0
VLAN............................................. 130
Quarantine-vlan.................................. 0
Active Physical Port............................. LAG (29)
Primary Physical Port............................ LAG (29)

Does this mean that users are getting ip from the External dhcp device?

show capwap client ip config
To display the capwap static IP configuration, use the show capwap client ip config command.
show capwap client ip config
Syntax Description
This command has no arguments or keywords.
Defaults
None.
Examples
This example shows how to display the capwap static IP information:
> show capwap client config
