How to position antennas

We purchased 3702e AP's with AIR-ANT2524DW-R antennas, and will be mounting some on the ceiling and some on walls.  How should we position the antennas that are mounted on the ceiling and how should we position the ones that are mounted on the walls.  Also how high should we place the ones on the walls, they will be placed in gyms at a school.

 The antenna should be vertical up or down. Height for the access point should probably be no higher than 25 feet and in Jim's you probably want to put a protective covering around the AP to protect them from kids throwing balls at the AP.
