How to reset a 140AC wireless network?

Hi,
We have connected 2 new wireless terminals to our infrastructure and we could only configure one of them.

The second one is visible in our DHCP and flashes green quickly but we can't connect to it because the SSID doesn't show up in the wireless network.

Why can't we connect to it?
How to reset it?

Thanks

If your access point isn’t new, out of the box, make sure it is reset to factory default settings for the CiscoBusiness-Setup SSID to show up in your Wi-Fi options.

Use the following link to see the steps for factory reset.

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/smb/wireless/CB-Wireless-Mesh/2120-reset-to-factory-default-cbw.html
